These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (“the Client”) and MEDSPA LONDON LTD, a registered medical spa located in London, UK (“we”, “us”, or “the Clinic”). By booking and receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Treatments Offered

We offer a range of aesthetic and wellness treatments including but not limited to:
• Anti-wrinkle treatments (Botulinum Toxin)
• Skin volumizing treatments (Dermal Fillers)
• Skin hydration (Mesotherapy and Injectable Moisturisers)
• Skin resurfacing peels (Chemical Peels)
• RF Microneedling
• IV Vitamin Drips
• Teeth Whitening
• Diode Laser Hair Removal
• HydraFacial
• CO2 Fractional Laser
• Polynucleotide Treatments
• NAD+ Therapy

All procedures are conducted by trained and certified medical or aesthetic professionals.

3. Consultation and Consent
   • A full consultation is required before any treatment.
   • You must disclose all medical history, allergies, medications, and conditions.
   • Informed consent must be signed prior to treatment.
   • Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
4. Medical Disclaimer
   • Our services are elective aesthetic and wellness procedures and are not intended to replace medical advice or treatment from your GP or other healthcare professionals.
   • Results vary between individuals, and no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.
   • Possible side effects and complications will be discussed prior to treatment.
5. Booking and Cancellations
   • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
   • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
   • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
6. Payments
   • Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
   • We accept major debit/credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
   • Promotional pricing or packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Refund Policy
   • Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
   • Refunds on retail products are only issued for unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
   • Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of treatment for review and follow-up.
8. Liability
   • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any adverse effects arising due to undisclosed medical history or failure to follow aftercare advice.
   • Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided.
9. Children and Minors
   • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive medical aesthetic treatments.
   • We do not permit children in the treatment rooms unless otherwise agreed in advance for non-medical treatments.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
    • We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
    • Your personal data is stored securely and only used for purposes related to your treatment and clinic services.
    • You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time in writing.
11. Complaints
    • We strive for the highest standards of service and care. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us at [insert contact details]. We will aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days.
12. Changes to Terms
